Job Description

As a Patient Coordinator at a dental office, you will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the practice and a positive patient experience.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional education or certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
  • proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficient in using dental practice management software and general office applications (e.g., MS Office, email, appointment scheduling systems)
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactions
  • knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is desirable.
