Job Description

St. Luke's University Health Network is a renowned healthcare organization committed to providing exceptional medical care, education, and community service. With a strong reputation for excellence, St. Luke's prioritizes the well-being of its patients and the professional growth of its employees. The organization's mission focuses on delivering comprehensive care to the sick and injured, educating healthcare providers such as physicians and nurses, and enhancing access to healthcare services in the communities it serves. St. Luke's is distinguished by its commitment to providing care regardless of a patient's ability to pay, reflecting its dedication to inclusivity and community health improvement. As a leader in healthcare, St. Luke's fosters an environment where compassion, expertise, and innovation converge to meet the evolving needs of patients and their families.

The role of the Patient Concierge at St. Luke's University Health Network is vital to the organization's patient-centered approach. This position entails being a passionate patient advocate who ensures every interaction fosters a unique and exceptional patient experience. The Patient Concierge plays a key role in driving a culture that places patients at the heart of all services while providing essential administrative support within the practice setting. Collaboration is a critical aspect of the role, partnering closely with Access Center Patient Engagement and Clinical Triage Specialists to address scheduling and clinical inquiries efficiently. The Patient Concierge is expected to maintain a solution-oriented and creative approach, anticipating patient needs, and effectively liaising with various departments to ensure smooth practice function and patient satisfaction.

The position requires physical stamina, as it involves extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, along with the ability to lift and push equipment as necessary. Preference is given to individuals with at least one year of experience in a healthcare or similar customer service setting, complemented by excellent communication and time management skills. The role demands a service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous personal development.
