Job Requirements

  • must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year experience in customer service
  • proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • ability to operate point-of-sale technology platforms accurately
  • must be compassionate, empathetic, and possess a servant heart
  • must tolerate high stress and emotional situations
  • must have excellent communication skills
  • must be creative and solutions-oriented
  • must be transparent and values-driven
  • ability to handle multiple service requests and deliver timely service
  • must pass a background check and drug screen
  • must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintain vehicle insurance coverage

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year experience with three to five years preferred in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms with a strength in data entry accuracy

Job Duties

  • fulfilling customer services and patient needs such as rounding to patients, providing care and comfort, errand running
  • accurately capturing service activity within BEST's service management platform

  • maintaining poise, tact, and professionalism in dynamic customer situations
  • managing multiple service requests and responding effectively and delivering on time
