Job Requirements
- must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in customer service
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- ability to operate point-of-sale technology platforms accurately
- must be compassionate, empathetic, and possess a servant heart
- must tolerate high stress and emotional situations
- must have excellent communication skills
- must be creative and solutions-oriented
- must be transparent and values-driven
- ability to handle multiple service requests and deliver timely service
- must pass a background check and drug screen
- must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and maintain vehicle insurance coverage
Job Qualifications
- at least one year experience with three to five years preferred in a fast-paced customer service environment
- proficient in Microsoft Office primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel
- proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms with a strength in data entry accuracy

- stress tolerant with ability to be exposed to high stress, emotional situations

Job Duties
- fulfilling customer services and patient needs such as rounding to patients, providing care and comfort, errand running
- accurately capturing service activity within BEST's service management platform

- maintaining poise, tact, and professionalism in dynamic customer situations
- managing multiple service requests and responding effectively and delivering on time
