Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of relevant customer service experience
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • pass background check and drug screening
  • valid driver's license
  • reliable transportation
  • maintain required vehicle insurance coverage
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • stress tolerance and emotional resilience

Job Qualifications

  • at least one year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • proficient with point-of-sale technology platforms
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills including tact, professionalism, and poise
  • detail oriented and committed to accuracy

Job Duties

  • fulfill customer service and patient needs such as rounding to patients, providing care and comfort, errand running
  • accurately capture service activity within the service management platform
  • live out the company’s core values including trustworthiness, compassion, resourcefulness, focus on results, and value creation
  • manage multiple service requests effectively
  • communicate clearly and professionally with patients and families
  • maintain poise and tact in high stress and emotional situations
  • collaborate with the patient concierge manager and team members
