Currently, Medpace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented full-time Office-Based Assistant to join their Patient Recruitment & Retention team at their Cincinnati, Ohio campus. This role plays an instrumental part in supporting Patient Travel Coordinators and Managers by facilitating patient travel and payment services throughout their clinical trial journey. The assistant will provide essential day-to-day project support activities, including maintaining project-related files, communicating with clinical research staff and patients, and assisting with financial reconciliations related to travel expenses.

The position involves critical administrative responsibilities that uphold Medpace’s commitment to precision and patient care. Administrative duties include processing patient reimbursements, scheduling travel arrangements, maintaining tracking databases and spreadsheets for study activities, and assisting various Patient Recruitment & Retention functions on ad hoc projects. This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate proficiently both orally and in writing. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential for managing the coordination tasks effectively.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in administration or accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time in an office-based role
  • Location within or willingness to commute to Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
