Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in administration or accounting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in an office-based role
- Location within or willingness to commute to Cincinnati, Ohio
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administration or accounting experience
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to be a self-starter and work effectively in a global team environment
- Ability to quickly interpret policies and apply procedures
Job Duties
- Provide day-to-day project support activities including maintenance of project files
- Communicate with clinical research site staff and coordinate support with patients and/or caregivers
- Assist with financial reconciliations of travel receipts and invoices
- Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures
- Process patient reimbursements and schedule travel arrangements
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets to track study activities
- Support ad hoc projects within Patient Recruitment & Retention functional areas
