Job Requirements
- One year or more of dental or orthodontic front desk experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work full time or part time
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of dental or orthodontic front desk experience
- Warm, polished, and people-first approach
- Confident on the phone and in person
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with dental practice management software such as GreyFinch
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Dental assistant experience a plus
Job Duties
- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, calm front-desk experience
- Checking patients in and out with care and efficiency
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing confirmations, patient communications
- Preparing and reviewing the patient schedule ahead of time and checking patient records are complete
- Supporting treatment coordination and financial conversations at checkout
- Verifying insurance and managing patient records in GreyFinch and OrthoFi
- Helping capture social media content and supporting community engagement
- Keeping the space clean, stocked, and inviting at all times
