Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year medical office receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records software preferred
- Knowledge of medical insurance verification and authorization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform medium strength physical tasks including lifting and standing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of medical office receptionist experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records software such as Raintree is a plus
- Understanding of medical insurance verification and authorization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Facilitate delivery of healthcare through excellent customer service
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping
- Assist with patient care and support clinical staff
- Maintain effective communication with patients, physicians, and insurance companies
- Ensure orderly condition of treatment, reception, and storage areas
- Manage insurance verification and authorization processes
- Use and maintain Electronic Medical Records systems efficiently
