Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year medical office receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records software preferred
  • Knowledge of medical insurance verification and authorization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to perform medium strength physical tasks including lifting and standing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of medical office receptionist experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records software such as Raintree is a plus
  • Understanding of medical insurance verification and authorization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Facilitate delivery of healthcare through excellent customer service
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping
  • Assist with patient care and support clinical staff
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, physicians, and insurance companies
  • Ensure orderly condition of treatment, reception, and storage areas
  • Manage insurance verification and authorization processes
  • Use and maintain Electronic Medical Records systems efficiently
