Job Requirements

Additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred
Must be over 18 years old
Cannot be a high school student
Ability to work mid-shift and overnight rotation with weekend schedule
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

Ensure compliance with payor requirements during registration
Manage telephone calls professionally
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
Maintain accurate patient information records
Support efficient patient intake processes
Coordinate with healthcare teams to enhance patient experience
