  • Additional post-secondary classes in medical insurance, medical terminology, and health care business preferred
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Cannot be a high school student
  • Ability to work mid-shift and overnight rotation with weekend schedule
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Maintain accurate patient information records
  • Support efficient patient intake processes
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to enhance patient experience
