The University of Missouri values diversity and inclusion, offering a competitive benefits package that enhances the overall compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plan with an 8% match, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, disability insurance, tuition assistance, wellness programs, and more.
