Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in receptionist or assistant role or customer service field
- Effective oral and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Experience with EpicCare preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Proactively greet patients and visitors to create a welcoming environment
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Manage front desk activities efficiently
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records
- Multi-task effectively to handle various front of house responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to support administrative duties
