Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in culinary, baking or pastry arts preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a team environment
  • Ability to work in multiple regional locations
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule as required by business needs
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Must be able to taste products for quality assurance
  • ServSafe Manager Food Handler Certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the teams by motivating, training, and developing the culinary team members in decorations skills including frosting, finishing, and inscribing on various products such as cakes, cupcakes, and frosted sugar cookies
  • Assign daily decorations needs to team members and ensure their completion
  • Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to required food safety code standards
  • Support overall safety and develop the culinary team through specialized decorations management
  • Maintain a fun, lively, and celebratory work environment with a "One team, One goal" philosophy
