- Proven ability to produce consistent high-quality pastry items under pressure and tight timelines
- Excellent communication organization and time management skills
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations

Job Duties
- Lead and support the pastry team fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
- Supervise daily pastry operations including production inventory and sanitation
- Develop and implement creative menu items aligned with Hyatt brand standards
- Drive consistency in food production ordering cost control and quality assurance
- Maintain the highest standards of safety and sanitation throughout kitchen operations
- Inspire and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and employee satisfaction
