Job Duties
- Supervise pastry cooks to ensure efficient production and on time execution for all events
- Maintain high standards of product quality, presentation, and customer service
- Ensure all pastries and baked goods are prepared and plated according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and minimize waste
- Oversee cleanliness and organization of the pastry shop and workstations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- Assist with developing new pastry items and seasonal offerings
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and occupational health standards
- Report performance, incidents, or issues to upper management
