Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years of pastry, bakery or dough experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with baking and pastry techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- Experience managing bakery operations and kitchen staff
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in both written and verbal form
- Minimum of five years of pastry, bakery or dough experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with all required baking and pastry techniques through testing
- Experience overseeing daily bakery operations including team management and production coordination
- Skill in developing and executing recipes that align with brand standards
- Strong capability in ensuring food quality, consistency, and portion control
- Competence in managing production schedules based on events and forecasts
- Experience in inventory and cost control including budget participation
- Ability to follow leadership directives and align with organizational goals
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards including Department of Health and OSHA regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and appearance across all menu items
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked during service
- Minimize waste through proper preparation, storage, and portion control
- Exhibit knowledge, understanding, and application of all required baking techniques
- Operate all required kitchen equipment, including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, stove, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle, and flat top
