Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pastry or food industry
- strong knowledge of the pastry market including current trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- leadership skills to effectively manage a sales team
- proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
- willingness to travel as needed

Job Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the pastry product category
- manage key customer accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and timely order fulfillment
- monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities for product expansion, new market penetration, and strategic partnerships
- collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and product presentations to support sales efforts
- lead and motivate a sales team, set sales targets, provide coaching and guidance, and conduct performance evaluations
