The individual will also oversee kitchen organization, product rotation, and routine maintenance while identifying and reporting any necessary repairs for equipment and appliances to ensure an efficient workflow.

This role requires someone who can work flexibly, including holidays, weekends, and evenings, to meet the demands of a fast-paced, production environment. The Pastry Prep will follow recipes and procedures meticulously as set by the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef, ensuring that all desserts meet the impeccable standards expected at Cypress Social and its affiliated venues.

Daily responsibilities include managing the pastry department's operational efficiency, executing pastry orders for catering events, and accommodating special requests. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical, as the role involves record-keeping related to deliveries, dessert transfers, and inventory production levels, helping to maintain smooth and transparent kitchen operations.

Joining this team means becoming part of a community that values quality, creativity, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction. Whether you are preparing a signature creation or supporting large-scale catered events, your work will contribute directly to the memorable experiences that define Cypress Social, Petit & Keet, and PK Catering @ Cypress Social.
