Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a prep cook or similar role
- ServSafe certification
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain composure and work efficiently under pressure
- knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- attention to detail and organizational skills

- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate a physically active service environment
- 1-3 years of experience as a prep cook, preferably in a high-intensity, high-volume kitchen
- wood-fired cooking experience is ideal but not required
- basic knowledge of cooking techniques and excellent knife skills
- strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality
- a professional, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills
- flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- must possess a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
Job Duties
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment to the team, and high quality work
- communicate effectively with the front of house and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
- perform duties as assigned by leadership to support our commitment to hospitality, quality food, and beverage
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts, with a focus on cakes, doughs, and breads
- set up, stock, and organize assigned station with necessary ingredients and supplies
- follow standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, labeling, and storage
- maintain station in compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- safely operate and maintain all kitchen equipment
- comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
- support fellow team members during service
- complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties to restaurant standards
- be flexible and be able to adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
