Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or culinary experience preferred
- Certification in food safety required
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and handling kitchen tools
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and uniform as required

- Background in baking or related field
- Understanding of baking practices and food safety protocols
- Certification in food safety
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Experience using personal protective equipment and following uniform standards
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare an assortment of pastries using standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
- Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and organize ingredients
- Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
- Safely employ kitchen tools including knives for food preparation
- Implement proper storage practices as per food safety policies
- Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after finishing work
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor
- Abide by Aramark safety policies emphasizing food safety and sanitation
- Maintain the security of company assets by adhering to safety measures
