Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior baking experience preferred
  • certification in food safety required
  • ability to follow standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • physical capacity to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended durations
  • ability to operate baking equipment and kitchen tools safely
  • adherence to company safety and sanitation policies

Job Qualifications

  • Background in baking industry or related field
  • understanding of baking practices, benchmarks, and food safety protocols
  • certification in food safety
  • basic mathematical skills and accurate counting ability
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong interpersonal abilities
  • ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
  • willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and wear designated uniforms

Job Duties

  • Bake and prepare an assortment of pastries using standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • set up workstation with required baking supplies and equipment
  • measure, weigh, mix, chop, and organize ingredients

  • use kitchen tools safely during food preparation
