Job Requirements

  • Experience in baking or related culinary field

  • Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

  • Background in the baking industry or related field
  • Proven understanding of baking practices and food safety protocols
  • Certification in food safety
  • Ability to understand basic mathematical principles and execute accurate counting

  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing

Job Duties

  • Bake and prepare an assortment of pastries using standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
  • Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and complete other necessary tasks to organize ingredients
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Safely employ kitchen tools, including knives, for food preparation activities
  • Implement proper storage practices according to food safety policies
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after finishing work to prevent the spread of germs
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor when assisting guests, clients, customers, colleagues, and others
  • Abide by Aramark safety policies emphasizing food safety and sanitation practices
  • Maintain the security of company assets through strict adherence to designated safety measures
