Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred
- Certification in food safety required
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings or weekends as needed
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications
- Background in the baking industry or a related field
- Proven understanding of baking practices and benchmarks

Job Duties
- Bake and prepare an assortment of pastries using standardized recipes and production guidelines
- Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
- Measure, weigh, mix, chop, and complete other necessary tasks to organize ingredients
- Use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers
- Safely employ kitchen tools such as knives during food preparation activities
- Implement proper storage practices as outlined in food safety policies
- Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after finishing work to prevent the spread of germs
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor when assisting guests, clients, customers, and colleagues
