Job Duties

  • assist in preparation of pastries, cakes, and confections
  • bake pastries according to recipes and quality standards
  • present and garnish desserts attractively
  • collaborate with Pastry Chefs to develop new dessert recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
