Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school education or equivalent
Previous baking experience
Prior experience leading a team preferred
Must have Tuberculosis Clearance or willing to take test upon offer
Must comply with all company policies and requirements
Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time

Job Duties

Motivating and supervising our team in preparation, production and baking of pastry items
Oversee the team by helping to keep team members on track with their daily work and assist when needed
Creation of prep sheets, schedules, inventory, and verification processes
Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift while working in warm or refrigerated environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Ability to use a computer to create and process prep sheets, complete recaps, and send emails
Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
