Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous baking experience
- Prior experience leading a team preferred
- Must have Tuberculosis Clearance or willing to take test upon offer
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements
- Applicant should be able to reliably commute to work on time

Job Duties
- Motivating and supervising our team in preparation, production and baking of pastry items
- Oversee the team by helping to keep team members on track with their daily work and assist when needed
- Creation of prep sheets, schedules, inventory, and verification processes
- Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs. and maintaining stamina throughout the shift while working in warm or refrigerated environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to use a computer to create and process prep sheets, complete recaps, and send emails
- Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
