The Pastry Finishing Associate position is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about desserts and baking. As a Pastry Finishing Associate, you will be instrumental in assembling, decorating, and finishing a wide variety of desserts including cakes, cupcakes, pastries, and seasonal specialties. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of bakery, food production, kitchen, or decorating experience
  • experience with frosting, piping, decorating, or pastry finishing preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • weekend availability
  • availability during major holiday production periods including Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally
  • comfort working in environments including ovens, coolers, and freezers
  • punctuality and dependability

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of bakery, food production, kitchen, or decorating experience
  • experience with frosting, piping, decorating, or pastry finishing preferred
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • hands-on work experience
  • dependable and punctual
  • commitment to teamwork
  • culinary, baking, or pastry school education a plus
  • cake decorating experience preferred
  • commercial bakery or food manufacturing experience preferred

Job Duties
