The role available is a full-time, non-management position within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. The hourly pay rate is set at $27.38. You will be responsible for preparing special meals and replacements, controlling oven and grill temperatures, thawing food properly, and ensuring correct portioning and garnishing of dishes. Maintaining food records and quality control is vital, as is communicating effectively with kitchen leadership and the Food and Beverage team about specials and rejected items. The role requires adherence to recipes, quality standards, presentation, and food preparation checklists, alongside preparing cold dishes.

Additionally, this position involves supporting management efforts in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, advising, disciplining, motivating, and training kitchen staff, serving as a role model. Compliance with all safety and company policies is mandatory, including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, along with participating in safety training and certification. Professional appearance and confidentiality are also required.

Job Duties
