The Pastry Cook's role involves preparing menu items with precision, paying close attention to special dietary requests and restrictions to ensure guest satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Cook menu items assigned to station
  • Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
  • Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes
  • Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
  • Dispose spoiled food and other waste material
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management
