Hai Hospitality is currently seeking Pastry Cooks to join their vibrant kitchen teams. This position plays a vital role in creating outstanding dining experiences by preparing a variety of desserts and pastries. The Pastry Cook will focus on dessert production to prepare for dinner service, engaging in diverse tasks such as baking, sauce work, chocolate work, and other pastry-related skills. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about pastry arts who have prior experience in pastry production and want to join a forward-thinking team. The working hours for this position are typically morning to mid-afternoon, generally from 7 am to 3 pm, allowing for a balanced workday.
