Uchi Washington D.C. is an exciting new addition to the vibrant dining scene of downtown Washington, D.C., located at 1150 17th Street NW. Scheduled to open in mid-May 2026, Uchi is set to bring its renowned culinary excellence and innovative Japanese cuisine to the nation's capital. Job Requirements
