Job Duties

  • assist the Pastry Chef in production and fabrication of food products
  • collaborate with culinary team to create seasonal menus
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry workstations
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • prepare desserts for restaurant, fireside, and banquets/catering events
  • assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry supplies
  • support the culinary leadership team in menu development
