  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
  • Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely
  • Follow food safety handling and personal hygiene procedures
  • Check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting issues to management
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen areas and set up and break down workstations
  • Monitor food quality and portions served throughout shift
