- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds

- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Use baking and measuring tools and equipment safely
- Follow food safety handling and personal hygiene procedures
- Check temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, reporting issues to management
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas and set up and break down workstations
- Monitor food quality and portions served throughout shift
