Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • willingness to adhere to company uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a pastry cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and menu specifications accurately
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work effectively as part of a culinary team
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • Report to work in a clean, complete uniform in a timely manner
  • consistently monitor sanitation and cleanliness of work station, kitchen and equipment
  • adhere to company and department policies and procedures
  • maintain par levels determined by Sous Chef
  • label and date products produced on a daily basis
  • follow menu specifications in a precise, efficient manner according to Executive Chef guidelines
  • perform work related duties as assigned
  • participate in department meetings
