Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of related work experience
- No supervisor experience required
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene policies
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to lift, move, and transport objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Less than one year of related work experience

- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company property
- Ability to work well in team environments and support common goals
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and checklists
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing them properly before use
- Use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and correctly for measuring and baking
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene policies, including personal hygiene procedures
- Check and verify correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food items and report any issues to management
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, organize and divide workstations, and adhere to hygiene and cleaning protocols
- Monitor food quality and portion sizes throughout the shift
