Job Duties

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
use kitchen tools, equipment, and appliances safely and properly
follow food safety and personal hygiene policies and procedures
monitor kitchen appliance and food temperatures and report issues to management
clean and sanitize kitchen areas and organize workstations
monitor food quality and portion control throughout the shift
comply with company policies including safety and report any accidents or unsafe conditions
maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and handle telephones with appropriate protocol
support the team to achieve common goals
lift, move, and position items weighing up to 25 pounds
perform physical activities including stretching, bending, twisting, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
