Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- ACF apprenticeship or culinary school graduate
- Minimum of one year in full-service pastry shop preferred
- Ability to maintain ServSafe and health department standards
- Ability to run a station independently
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Participates in preparation of all menu items in assigned area daily
- Precisely follows portion control, presentation of food, consistency of food, and flavor as determined by the culinary department
- Checks coolers for proper rotation of food items to prevent spoilage
- Ensures adequate amount of product is on hand and lets supervisor know what to order
- Takes required breaks, notifying supervisor prior to leaving station
- Prepare all items as specified in areas working in
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area following safety guidelines
