Job Requirements
- Completed technical, trade, or vocational school education
- minimum 2 years of related work experience
- ability to safely operate baking tools and kitchen appliances
- compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, and reaching as required
- good communication skills
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare breads and pastries including doughs and fillings
- proof, bake, and decorate baked goods
- review production sheets for daily baked goods variety
- prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards
- maintain kitchen logs for food safety compliance
- safely use baking and measuring tools and equipment
- monitor food quality and portions during shifts
