The role of Pastry Cook is an exciting opportunity within the hotel's culinary team, offering a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive kitchen environment. This position offers a competitive pay rate starting at $24.61 per hour, with varied early morning shifts that may begin as early as 4:00 am. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a pastry cook or baker in a production kitchen, commissary or bakery
  • Experience in proofing and baking croissants, muffins, and other pastries
  • Proficiency in following standardized recipes and producing desserts from scratch
  • Working knowledge of bakery production equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers, scales, hand blenders
  • Open availability and ability to work varied early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a pastry cook or baker in a production kitchen, commissary or bakery

Job Duties
