The Pastry Cook position at Atlanta Athletic Club offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic culinary team focused on producing exceptional pastries and desserts. The Pastry Cook will collaborate closely with the Executive Pastry Chef to manage daily production schedules and ensure precise execution aligned with the club’s quality policies and food safety standards. - Formal culinary or pastry certification or apprenticeship preferred
- Proficiency in English required

Job Duties
- Support and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the Atlanta Athletic Club
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef to review daily assignments, forecast business levels, and plan for special events or production needs
- Review production schedules and par levels to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion
- Prepare all pastry menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and yield guidelines
- Maintain thorough knowledge of proper equipment operation and follow all safety guidelines when using tools and machinery
- Adhere strictly to state sanitation and health regulations, as well as all club food-safety standards
- Inspect workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure cleanliness, proper functioning, and readiness for service
- Assist with organization, inventory, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- Contribute to pastry display setups and creative presentation for events as needed
