- 1 plus year professional baking experience

- ability to follow recipes accurately

Job Duties
- Execute pastry recipes
- produce orders for the pastry department
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients
- collaborate with kitchen team to develop and improve pastry offerings
- uphold quality control standards in all baked goods
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
