Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- at least 2 years of previous experience as a pastry cook in a professional setting
- strong knowledge of pastry techniques and concepts
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and creativity
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and produce a variety of pastries and desserts according to established recipes and techniques
- maintain a clean and organized workstation and storage areas
- ensure all pastries and desserts are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner
- monitor and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and spoilage
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with training and coaching new pastry team members
- collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- handle special requests and dietary needs from members and guests
