You will also be tasked with maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food sanitation standards to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

In addition, the Pastry Cook will oversee proper stock management, including the maintenance, storage, and refrigeration of all prepared products, which is vital for inventory control and operational efficiency. Collaboration with the culinary team is essential to execute daily requisitions of supplies and ingredients, helping to sustain the seamless operation of the kitchen.

Hilton’s vision is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, creating memorable experiences for guests worldwide. As part of this vision, we invest heavily in our team members, offering comprehensive wellness programs, training, and career advancement opportunities within a diverse and inclusive environment.

The benefits of working at Conrad Indianapolis and Hilton extend well beyond competitive pay. Team members enjoy access to mental and physical health support, recognition and rewards programs, a travel discount, paid time off, parental leave, stock purchase programs, and debt-free education opportunities.
