The role of Pastry Cook is pivotal in delivering a first-class culinary experience across all stadium outlets, restaurants, and special events managed under Legends & ASM Global. The Pastry Cook is responsible for producing a wide variety of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts, ensuring strict adherence to recipe standards and consistency in execution. Working closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef, this role demands a passion for pastry arts, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety in the kitchen. The Pastry Cook's duties include preparing and baking items according to standardized recipes, assisting with daily production forecasts for games and events, and supporting all phases of pastry operations from setup to breakdown.
This position requires flexibility in availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during major events to meet the demands of a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Pastry Cook is also expected to collaborate effectively within the pastry and culinary teams, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork at all times. Located onsite at the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium, this role offers the chance to work in one of the most vibrant and dynamic venues in the live entertainment and sports industry. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-3 years of professional pastry or baking experience required with high-volume environment preferred
- culinary or pastry degree or certification preferred but not required
- strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions with precision
- excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts according to standardized recipes and company quality standards
- assist with daily production of all pastry items to meet forecasted business levels for games, events, and restaurants
- ensure consistency, flavor, presentation, and portion control across all products
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times
- properly store, label, and rotate ingredients and products to minimize waste
- assist with recipe development, plating, and presentation as directed by the pastry chef team
- support with setup, execution, and breakdown of pastry operations for events and game days
- operate and care for kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- report any maintenance issues immediately
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local health department regulations
- work as a collaborative member of the pastry and culinary team, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork
- perform all other duties as assigned
