Job Requirements

  • friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences

Job Duties

  • assist in the preparation and production of a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, following recipes and guidelines established by the Head Pastry Chef or Head Chef
  • execute precise measurements and techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry creations
  • prepare and assemble components for plated desserts, including sauces, creams, garnishes, and accompaniments
  • bake, decorate, and finish pastries and desserts with attention to detail and presentation standards
