- Strong commitment to culinary arts and professionalism
- Ability to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds frequently

- Ability to use cleaning agents safely
- Physical capability to bend and kneel as required

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute pastries using recipe instructions, proper portioning methods, pastry techniques and standards
- Respond to the Chef/Manager on duty
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation while preparing desserts
- Frequently walk, kneel, bend, and reach during kitchen activities
- Bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- Lift, move and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
- Remain standing and active for a 6-8-hour shift
- Safely use cleaning agents
