Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake pastries and desserts to meet quality standards
  • create dessert sauces and chocolate work
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely dessert service
  • monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed
  • assist in menu development and recipe testing
