Job Requirements

- Basic pastry and culinary knowledge with strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare pastry and dessert items of consistent quality according to guest orders banquet event orders and established recipes
- Complete mise en place and station setup for breakfast lunch and or dinner service
- Prepare items in advance while ensuring production aligns with forecasted needs
- Operate and properly clean kitchen equipment including mixers ovens food processors dough sheeters and related tools
- Follow food safety sanitation and health code standards including proper food storage labeling and temperature control
- Minimize waste by monitoring pars rotating product and returning unused items to designated storage
- Work collaboratively and professionally with culinary team members and leadership
