Job Duties

  • Prepare pastry and dessert items of consistent quality according to guest orders banquet event orders and established recipes
  • Complete mise en place and station setup for breakfast lunch and or dinner service
  • Prepare items in advance while ensuring production aligns with forecasted needs
  • Operate and properly clean kitchen equipment including mixers ovens food processors dough sheeters and related tools
  • Follow food safety sanitation and health code standards including proper food storage labeling and temperature control
  • Minimize waste by monitoring pars rotating product and returning unused items to designated storage
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with culinary team members and leadership
