Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with culinary team to meet banquet and guest needs
  • Utilize proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Maintain inventory of pastry supplies and ingredients
  • Support continuous improvement in kitchen processes and presentation
