The role of Pastry Cook at IRHG is an exciting opportunity for culinary enthusiasts passionate about baking and pastry arts. As a Pastry Cook, you will be working under the guidance of an experienced Pastry Chef, preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts that align with the chef’s creative vision. This position is ideal for those who have a genuine enthusiasm for creating exceptional baked goods, from classic soufflés to perfect southern biscuits. Beyond just baking, this role allows you to refine your skills in a professional kitchen environment, engaging in a process that demands precision, creativity, and adherence to high-quality standards. You will be responsible for following standardized recipes and maintaining kitchen sanitation and safety protocols to ensure each dish meets the establishment’s quality benchmarks.

The role requires a committed work ethic, flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the physical stamina to manage the demands of a busy pastry kitchen.

This role is not only a stepping stone for those aspiring to advance in the culinary hospitality industry but also a fulfilling career path for those who value teamwork, precision, and excellence in baking. IRHG stands behind every employee’s growth, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, all within a fast-paced yet rewarding work environment.
