The role of Pastry Cook within Harbor Bay Hospitality is integral to maintaining the high standards that define the company’s offerings. Reporting directly under the guidance of the Pastry Chef, this position is responsible for the precise production and artistic plating of a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts across the three diverse concepts: the trendy and innovative Jaja, the gourmet-focused Le Burger 4304, and the cozy, community-centered Edda Coffee & Cafe. The Pastry Cook position does not require previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced kitchen environment. However, a strong work ethic, an eagerness to absorb new skills, and availability for early morning shifts starting at 6:00 am are essential to thrive in this role.
