Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
  • Available to work afternoon and evening shifts from 5:00am to 2:00pm
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to maintain a positive, attentive, and hospitable demeanor consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive and hospitable attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Job Duties

  • Accurately mix, bake, and decorate all products according to the bakery inventory list
  • Maintain highest standards of quality by tasting products and ensuring all items are prepped and cooked to perfection
  • Take full ownership of your station including maintaining product pars, completing daily inventory sheets, and properly storing and labeling products at shift end
  • Ensure every item meets the "guest-ready" standard and uphold sanitary food handling practices
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and assist in loading delivery vans to ensure timely, safe product transportation
  • Maintain a spotless workspace and adhere to the "clean as you go" philosophy
  • Work shifts cooperatively as part of a cohesive unit to support overall kitchen operations
