Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have a valid work permit
- Available to work afternoon and evening shifts from 5:00am to 2:00pm
- Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to maintain a positive, attentive, and hospitable demeanor consistently
- Commitment to learning and professional development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) card
- Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Positive and hospitable attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Job Duties
- Accurately mix, bake, and decorate all products according to the bakery inventory list
- Maintain highest standards of quality by tasting products and ensuring all items are prepped and cooked to perfection
- Take full ownership of your station including maintaining product pars, completing daily inventory sheets, and properly storing and labeling products at shift end
- Ensure every item meets the "guest-ready" standard and uphold sanitary food handling practices
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and assist in loading delivery vans to ensure timely, safe product transportation
- Maintain a spotless workspace and adhere to the "clean as you go" philosophy
- Work shifts cooperatively as part of a cohesive unit to support overall kitchen operations
