Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in pastry kitchen preparing and cooking

- ability to read, speak, and understand basic baking and cooking directions

- physical ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties
- Prepare all dessert and baked good items on the menu using standard recipe cards
- adhere to standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules
- complete daily prep list and closing checklist while maintaining a clean and sanitary work station
- promptly report product shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to Pastry Chef or Executive Chef
- follow all DHEC regulations in cleanliness and food safety
- assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
- communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
